What is the Plan of Operation?
The Plan of Operation refers to the strategic and financial roadmap each individual school within the Clark County School District must develop annually.
Why is this plan a requirement?
This process is a central part of the Reorganization of the Clark County School District (mandated by Nevada Law NRS 388G), which shifted decision-making power from the central district level directly to individual school precincts.
Who designs the plan?
Each school’s Plan of Operation is co-designed by the Principal and the School Organizational Team (SOT).
