Instructions‐Virtual Check‐Ins
Students are required to check-in for attendance on distance learning days This is done through students’ Infinite Campus accounts This cannot be done through Infinite Campus parent accounts Clever → Infinite Campus Check in between 6 am and 11 pm by selecting “Yes, I’m Here” for any class If you run into any issues on the first day of distance learning, please reach out to any of your teachers or call the office at 702-799-0250

a. The class will disappear once the
check‐in is complete.

Password Reset
While on campus WiFi, students can reset their own password by visiting myaccount.ccsd.net
Printing & Scanning
Students can use the student printer in Room 354. The printer is already set up on student Chromebooks.

Wi‑Fi Basics @ School
Chromebooks provided to students will have the WiFi information set up prior to check out. Students will need to set up their home WiFi information from home. Students can still do lots of things with Chromebook offline.

Borrow a Charger or Loaner Chromebook
Classrooms are equipped with extra Chromebooks and charging lockers. If none left, ask to come to room 354.
Request a Hotspot (if eligible)
Students will need to go through a needs assessment before a hot spot is checked out. Students should talk to their counselor or call 888-616-2476 if there is no internet access at home.

Damaged Device — Minor
For non-physical damaged, students can meet with a site based technician at their earliest convenience. The best time to visit is before school, during 4th period, or afterschool. Students at home will be able to get help via virtual video call.
Red = Learning Blocked
Come to the Tech Office or call right away.
Account Lockout
Accounts may be locked for a short period of time after multiple failed login attempts.
No Working Device
If a student Chromebook doesn't work and or is physically damaged, students may go to room 354 to get a working device. Fines will be assessed if needed.
All students should have a working device during the school year. It is very important to use your Chromebook especially during your distance learning days.

Testing / State Exam Tech Issue
If you notice something wrong with your testing device raise your hand and notify the test proctor.
